Four focus areas, delivered through community-anchored programs across Kenya's counties.
Research and analysis that keeps community demographics and lived realities at the centre of county and national policy decisions.
Strengthening community health systems and sexual reproductive health policy through a Primary Health Care lens — from research to training to on-the-ground capacity strengthening.
Supporting community advocates to shape environmental policy through evidence, training and capacity strengthening.
Helping communities respond to climate challenges and influence the policies that determine local climate resilience.
Words from the leaders and community members we work alongside across Kenya's counties.
Drought has devastated our livelihoods, pushing families into poverty and exposing girls to early marriage, school dropout, and limited access to health services. Through Pathways, we have gained the knowledge and confidence to connect climate change with health and reproductive rights. By bringing communities together and strengthening our advocacy skills, Pathways has empowered us to influence county policies and budgets, contributing to increased funding for climate action and reproductive health. Today, our voices matter, and we are shaping a healthier, more resilient future.
