PPI work is centered on increasing the citizen’s voices in governance. This can only work if the citizens are fully empowered through education, to engage with their national and sub-national governments, and to ensure that their needs and recommendations find space in the policies and programs that the government is implementing.

To this end, PPI has launched its #UnitingyouthonBBI project which aims at having a united Youth having a common position on the Building Bridges Initiative Bill and developing a common/agreed framework by the youth on the BBI to increase their chances of having their issues incorporated in the final BBI bill by April 2020.
